Celiac Safe
This was bought as something new to try. I have to follow a strict gluten free diet due to Celiac meaning no wheat, oats (unless GF certified), rye, and barley. It was simple to make and was great to go along with a protein for a meal and a vegetable. You have to be sure to cook the quinoa until it is done. I have bought this several times now.

Expired producr
Product was delivered on 4/7/20 and when I went to use it may 2020, very surprised to see it has expired on 4/30/20.

I love Roland Quinoa but my grocery store doesn't carry the Sun-Dried Tomato flavor. I ordered two packets (the price was right) I finished them up and will order more.
