My routine involves cleansing my face, applying a serum, and then using the device on all areas of my face and neck for 3-4 minutes. The massage feels lovely. I then complete my skincare routine with eczema ointment and moisturizer. Afterward, I wipe the tool with a damp washcloth so it's ready for next time.

It’s a nice machine for message, it gets a bit too warm when on the res light therapy. Overall it is a nice devise.
