Better Homes and Gardens Clayton Court 5-piece Patio Dining Set, Wrought Iron Table and 4 Chairs, Red Cushions, Seats 4

Just got this set yesterday and put it together quickly. So pleased with it! It has a nice weight and rocking in the chairs without “wobble” is great. The chairs are comfortable for lounging or dining. The chair back is nice because it’s not strictly upright—there is a good curve so you can sit up or sit back for rocking. It has a nice presence in the backyard— the style is not overwhelming and blends in well with other furniture. I am happy with the four seater as our patio is not huge, fits perfectly. I even like the cushions, even though they’re a brick red. Would have preferred a more neutral color, but the red isn’t screaming bright red, it is more muted and “clay” colored so it is working out ok. I will likely get a taupe or sage color cushion in the future but right now the cushions are good. Overall, love the set. Great value for the money. Found no rough edges so far anywhere. Just really happy with the purchase and would recommend it to anyone. Thank you.

I wasn’t sure what to expect considering how much cheaper this set was compared to other patio furniture, but I was pleasantly surprised. It went together easily and looks quite sturdy. The rocking feature is a real plus and adds a lot to the comfort of the chairs. I especially like that it’s all metal, so I don’t have to worry about it breaking down from weather or UV (plastic patio furniture is basically disposable—why spend the money?).

This is a very good looking set. It arrived on time but the box was really messed up. Fortunately nothing was damaged. It does take two people to put it together but it's very easy. The chairs are very comfortable and roomy. Although the picture doesn't show it, there is an umbrella hole in the table. I haven't had it but a week so I don't know how well it will wear,but for the price, it's a great set.

First of all I just want to say I was extremely impressed just with the way this item was packaged. I wish I would have taken a photo as I have never received an item so well wrapped and securely packaged. It was truly masterful! 😅Now on to the patio set. I am in love. This is a very high quality and sturdy wrought iron patio set. I wanted real iron furniture, not this aluminum iron-look that is so popular now. The finish is really nice and beautiful craftsmanship and design - I only found one teeny tiny little bit on the top of the table which I thought may be a risk snagging someone’s sweater so we filed it a little and it is smooth now and you can’t even see where it was. The chairs are just lovely and the size is perfect. Table is perfect height and chairs are suitable size for anyone! I’m 5’9” and this chair would honestly be fine for anyone shorter or taller than me. I had my Dad sit in them (after he was volunteered to put them together for me) and he is 6’4” and they were comfortable for him and he wasn’t awkwardly trying to figure out where to put his legs haha. They have a very nice rocking motion but steady enough if you’re just sitting working on your laptop or eating. The back of the chair was designed for relaxing. If you intend to be eating out here which this is perfectly suitable for, you will be sitting up properly without the support of the back of the chair (and who eats like that anyway?!). I didn’t think I would love the red cushions but actually the color has grown on me and they are quite comfortable so I may think twice before swapping them out for a different color.I’ve attached a few photos. You will be happy with this set. It is just very elegant and lovely. Classic and timeless set. So so happy I made the purchase.

Assembled table and legs were over 1.5 inches out of level ! Contacted manufacturer and was told once it was sold through Amazon it was out of their hands. The seller was a third party at Amazon, waiting on return address and refund!! Would rate table and manufacturer less than 1 star if possible

I especially like the chairs, which have a flexing base that lets them rock a bit and they're comfortable to sit and lean back in for a visit or meal. And the seat pads are a nice color instead of white (dirt!) or black (yawn). You could put it together with just the tools provided but I'm glad I had a socket wrench to tighten the 8 chair bolts and a big pair of pliers to deal with one of the chairs whose base didn't quite fit the mounting holes on the seat. Tip when assembling the table: the instructions say don't tighten the leg bolts when you first put them in. True, but *do* screw them in just short of that because once you put the brace ring in, everything will be so tight that you won't be able to screw things in any further and you want the bolts to be more than just barely in. Things like this are always a gamble with self-assembled furniture with flexible parts, but it was nothing that an ignoramus with a toolbox (me) or a TaskRabbit couldn't handle. The set feels very sturdy when assembled, looks good, and is comfortable. I'm happy.

Gorgeous little patio set that's super comfy. Not sure why other reviews have said they're not comfortable - even if you don't like the back of the chairs, just buy some extra cushions and you're good to go. And I love love LOVE that they rock.This set is really good quality and I had no trouble putting it together myself (at 16 weeks pregnant, no less). Now all we need is an umbrella!

Well worth the money. Easy to assemble with a big IF. Comes with a couple of little wrenches to screw on the legs to the top part. You need a ratchet and socket to get it assembled quickly.
