Been buying this brand for awhile and feel comfortable with their products. I bought this for my son as a recommendation from his doctor to ease some of his anxiety. He likes the flavor although it is tart. My only concern is it really relaxed him. He took a short nap after taking this. I was looking for a product that would just take the edge off during the day when needed and not make him tired. (Note…he is a teenager… I can’t imagine how this would affect a younger child.) We will continue to use and see what happens. I like it isn’t full of many ingredients like many of the “ boutique brands”. Definitely worth a try for the money if you are looking for a magnesium supplement for a child.

We line these for our toddler especially because they don’t contain any alcohol sugars. They work great, and she loves the taste! The only reason I am giving it 4 stars instead of 5 is because they are pretty hard which makes them a choking hazard. I wish they were a little bit softer so they’d be easier to chew.

I was looking for Magnesium Glycinate gummies to calm my hyperactive 7yr old so he could have a good night's rest and I thought this one had it but its Magnesium Citrate. This type of Magnesium helps him go to the bathroom but It did not calm him. He was more off the walls hyper. So not the best for him when trying to calm him.
