Extremely elegant. It was a pain to hang up, but that's not necessarily a product issue. It's well worth the time to put it up though. I can attest it's durable because while putting it up by myself (like an idiot) it feel down from the second story to the floor. Barely made a dent. Still looks great!

Beautiful!! It looks like a crystal waterfall. You will need scaffolding to install. Can do with one person, but two makes it go faster. Plan to spend a good half a day from start to finish. It's definitely a lot of tedious work. Have to say though it's worth it because it's gorgeous!! We installed it in our 20ft entryway. Dropped it 16 inches from ceiling, plus the 2 inch base. It hangs at a perfect height. The picture doesn't do it justice. In person it impressive.

Pictures don’t do it justice. This is a show-stopper piece. It did take us a few hours to put up but it’s absolutely gorgeous!

Well worth the investment. Catches the light beautifully and will add value to our home. To note: it took 2 professional electricians a day and a half to install it, but it needed to be done by the pros. This is not a DIY project but it’s worth every cent! I absolutely luv it!

Absolutely love this chandelier. Took a long time to install and maybe it kinda looks a little smaller than the picture but we are still happy by how beautiful it looks.

Buyer Beware for those who have or may want to buy this fixture!!! I purchased this chandelier and have had nothing but questions and problems that I could not get answers for on the phone. The chandelier does not look like the dark background photo that was on the site when I purchased it. The crystal spheres appear smaller in actual fact compared to the picture, and the chandelier is only ½ as full as the photo depicted. I tried to call the phone number listed for customer service on the directions, and a private individual answered the phone, told me it was a private number and hung up on me. My electrician did not want to install the chandelier as it did not have a UL or ETL approval label. I am not sure if my house insurance would be valid if the fixture is not approved. Once we managed to get the fixture up and put the light bulbs in, the canopy that the bulbs go in was really hot to the touch, I have never dealt with that before. I subsequently found out later the chandelier has never actually been tested for approval purposes and due to the heat problem probably would not pass UL or ETL test approval. We started to hang the crystals and it was very time consuming, I expected that, what I didn’t expect was that the strands had to be untangled before I even could hang them. I have sent numerous emails and they will not provide a phone number to speak to someone live about my issues. They keep sending me back emails I guess from somewhere in China and never really answer some of the specific questions I have asked. I have now returned the fixture to Amazon. Too much frustration, too much of a headache, and not comfortable with the fixture being so hot to the touch and the misrepresentation of the fixture they sent versus the photo that was on the site when I bought it.

Need scaffolding to install, and it took me one hour to install the base and about 4 hours to hang everything. It turned out to be a very nice chandelier, left it 16 in of ceiling and 95 in base and the raindrop. Foier is 18 ft so it looks really nice. Pictures are atached
