I’m not sure why this says it is a returned product?I bought the Carmel colored -It is very cute, roomy, has a top zipper,1 zippered pocket inside. You could add a purse insert if you need more pockets. But I like it just the way it is! I added a scarf to one handle. Looks expensive for less, It’s a great value!

Really exceeded my expectations. Just got this because I needed a large tote bag that I could use for all my essentials to throw in the car. The style is really simple but modern, and doesn’t look too cheap despite the price point. It is very roomy and has the extra added pocket inside. There was no weird smells or anything, I was able to use it right away. It’s really comfortable and the strap is long enough to use around the shoulder or elbow. The leather quality is a lot better than I expected, it looks a lot better than I thought it would. Super cute and simple.

Great bag. Big enough size that can hold a lot of items such as my laptop, wallet, water bottle, a few books & some other small items. I got it to match my pink shoes for a prayer breakfast. I would definitely recommend it to others.

I need to just give up on buying purses on Amazon. This purse was not what I expected. The quality is ok, I can do better. You do get what you pay for. Maybe it's just this white / cream color, either way. I didn't like the purse and had to return it.

I bought this bag about three weeks ago, and I don't have any complaints except for my wishing it were a little bigger. I haven't seen any cracks, and the bag keeps its shape very well after washing. The zipper is well-made, and it carries a decent amount of items. I fit my 16-inch laptop in this with the sleeve on it, my Victoria's secret lotion and spray, a wallet, my phone, two 3-subject notebooks, and a 20-ounce water bottle in there all at once. This is what I carry daily to work. I'm pretty satisfied.
