Great Aleppo!
This is in my top brand and taste for aleppo. The flakes are perfectly sized, they are fruity and just right in the flavor with a hint of spice (some brands are too powdery and some really oily... naturally that is) this is a perfect option. I use this to make bulk chili crisp so I wish it was cheaper but you get what you pay for and this is worth it!

Better than other red peppers I've had
Love this Spice. More mild than other red papers but adds a rich, deep flavor with a bit of heat to my dishes. I'm a fan.

Delicious kick without the fire
All the flavor of red pepper without the intensity of the heat. I have a high tolerance for spicey food, but the older I get the more I pay for it later. Aleppo has a nice, clean flavor with heat minus the punch of a mix packed with seeds like regular red chili flakes. Delicious.
