After my dermatologist recommended it, l decided to give it a try, and I'm so glad I did. As someone who juggles intense computer work and regular gym sessions, I needed extra support for my eyes and recovery. Since I started using this product, l've noticed a significant improvement in both areas. I asked the company for a certificate of analysis from a third party and they replied that this a COA is for internal use only. This is standard operating procedure in the supplement industry and is provided as proof that your product not only contains the vital nutritional components stated on the container, but also at the stated concentrations. Legitimate manufacturers use COAs to prove their products meet label claims and are free of heavy metals or mold. A COA confirms the purity and potency of the primary ingredient (in this case 12mg of astaxanthin). I personally own a chemical company and always provide a third-party COA to openly and transparently prove to my customers that that the main components of my chemicals are present and at the concentrations I advertise. I have cancelled my recurring/automatic shipments and am looking elsewhere at this time.

This supplement is a small capsule that visits easy to take. Only 1 a day which is not much to add to all my other supplements I take. I have not had any adverse reactions to this product. I could not tell a difference but I take a lot of supplements. Now that I am done with the product, I will see if I notice anything.

If I had checked out the ingredients of this product CLOSELY I would have seen that it contains rice bran oil which is produced from the outer brown layer of rice, known as the rice husk. Rice bran oil is highly refined and although there are some studies that suggest it provides health benefits, its ratio of polyunsaturated omega-6 fatty acids to omega 3 fats is 20:1, which is enough of a reason alone to avoid it. At most, omega 6 fatty acids should be at a 4:1 ratio with omega 3 (1:1 is optimal). As high levels of omega 6 fatty acids are highly inflammatory and can have huge implications on your long-term health, I suggest rice bran oil is one you avoid. And of course this product cannot be returned though I've not opened it yet. So frustrating. Will NOT be ingesting it but will be throwing it away. Sad waste of money! Maybe I've learned my lesson:(

Decent value for money at £23.74 for 2 months supply.
