Not sure if it’s making a difference
I’ve used a few different probiotics. Honestly can’t tell a huge difference but they seem to keep everything steady. The capsules have no taste and they’re fairly easy to swallow. A little pricier than some other probiotics but the health benefits seem great.

Warning Some have Product change to them but great probiotics
This isn’t my first time buying these from amazon so I had a weird feeling that it wasn’t the right product at first from being a lil brownish color capsule to these lil white capsules- then I saw other reviews saying that it was a product change from Lemme so i’m kinda upset but i’ll still take them because i paid for them and plus fun fact: they did make a notice that they changed the product for people that are saying that the “pills were too big to swallow” which makes sense but would be more helpful warning before- That’s all 😊

Expensive and would probably not get again at least if I want serious results
Don’t know if it did anything but was fun to try. Expensive obviously
