THEY DID NOT RESPOND TO THE REQUEST FOR A RETURN LABEL AND REFUND.

NEEDED TO RETURN HEEL PROTECTORS BECAUSE THEY WERE TOO LARGE FOR MY SHOES. THEY FAILED TO RESPOND TO AMAZONE'S REQUEST FOR RETURN LABEL AND REFUND.
