Very good quality oil
Been using for 40 years. Works great in lawnmower engines. Very good 30wt oil

Perfect oil for air cooled Flat Tappet engines.
What you need for Flat Tappet engines. Perfect for my back-up Generator that is a flat tappet engine. (not a roller lifter engine). Extra zinc is built right in. A Straight 30 weight oil for air cooled engines. Perfect! Thank You Valvoline for making this beautiful product.

Good Oil keeps the pressure up
Great Price. I use this in my 75 Pontiac Formula. I have a 455 which I rebuilt 5 years ago and I have used this the entire time. Running about 15,000 miles now. I use the old car as my daily driver. It keeps the oil pressure in the 15-20 range when hot at idle. It has high levels of ZInc in it. I have a roller cam. People say these are not as susceptible to lobe wear due to oil compositions as a flat tappet cammed motor, but it is a superior motor oil in any case I feel.. I have no proof of that but I have had good results

Best oil
I’ve been using VR1 30 in my 1954 Chevy with it’s original 235 engine for the past four years and it’s the best oil over ever used.

Fine if you catch it at the right price...
This is a fine motor oil. Watch the price carefully, though. You can find it elsewhere for less and this seller keeps the price going up/down like a yo-yo. Poor business model unless you're a sideshow artist. Don't overpay for it.
