A pukka purchase
Jamie, like many of today's popular cookbook-centric chefs is on a super foods/clean foods kick. While I found his last book disappointing (surprising as I'm a huge fan and have all of his books) this one is packed full of easy to make classics. The premise is that he's updated family favo(u)rites but with a healthier slant. And it works. This will satisfy my Jamie craving until his long-awaited Christmas cook book is released.

Einfach & Schnell

Wonderful cookbook
Great book -- highly recommend it. There are so many fantastic recipes that I can tell I will use on a regular basis, and lots more to experiment with. I love Jamie's writing style and the way he breaks down the work and offers alternative ways to make the dishes. Lots of ideas for making things in bulk, which you can freeze and have on hand for a quick, healthy meal rather than resorting to fast food when you're in a hurry. Love it!
