Excellent quality and service
Everything was in excellent shape. The customer service was top notch. I had a few items missing from the package but they were very responsive and took care of the issue immediately.

Need better delivery
Very nice guitar, everything in good shape no damage. Package almost sat out in the rain, was supposed to arrive on the 13th and showed up on the 8th, no heads up, had to leave work so it wouldn’t sit outside for 8hrs, could’ve rang doorbell

Exactly what I wanted and needed,
About 25 years ago I got rid of my guitar, which was pretty much just collecting dust. I just didn't have the time for it and my family was more important.Fast forward to now, me at 52, all my kids are grown, and I wanted to get back into playing. I was barely an intermediate player a quarter century ago, but I want to be able to play some of my favorite songs (as part of a "bucket list".)I went on Amazon and found exactly what I needed at Austin Bazaar. The Jackson King V JS32 was exactly what I wanted, but Austin Bazaar added everything thing a beginner would need (except the amp) for the electric guitar I bought.Thanks, Austin Bazaar.

Not bad but had some issues with the guitar
Everything look fine, but some of the screws were really loose and unfortunately 3 strings snapped on the second I tried running the guitar, really dissatisfied with that, had to take it to get it fix and spend extra money because of that.

This type of guitar was requested by my son. He loves it and enjoys playing it. Got the bundle for a very good price compared to others.

This a beautiful piece of equipment, I would gladly pay the amount they asked again and again if I could, perfect fit and super easy to play , just wish they sent the other strap pin for the body , only came with one at the kneck.
