This towel ring has many pluses: It’s very pretty Keeps the towel straight and not bunched up Hangs away from the wall so the wet towel isn’t pressed to the wall. However my husband has put in many towel holders over the years but he said this one was difficult and it will not stay straight and turns to one side after the towel is used. My Husband said it won’t last long.

Pleasantly surprised by the weight of this product. Easily holds a hand towel neatly. Will scrunch up a bath towel. I would have preferred a more gold color, there are so many gradients of gold. This is more like a light brass color. However, it is indeed attractive, a conversation piece and the crystal bulbs add happiness to my bathroom. I also purchased from another supplier gold door knobs with a crystal knob. Now that these are both installed I am ordering more and realize too that I probably need to paint the walls. The room is very white and gold. Need more texture. My photo is not uploading :(
