I have had this leash for 4.5 years. Two long walks everyday. Hiking trips and many walks through the park, with a dog that likes to chase squirrels. The lock always worked great, comfortable grip, and always good retraction. Perfect length and very durable. Today it stopped retracting after all this time with no issues. I was glad to see it was still available on Amazon and I purchased another one.

This leash is perfect. We have a golden doodle puppy and the leash we had was not strong and we felt like it could break. And that worried me.This leash is strong and very sturdy! The length is perfect and I can control it so well. Our girl loves it and enjoys her walks so much better!!So glad I found this!!

I love this retractable leash! I could tell the moment I picked it up out of the box that it was a good one. I bought the one for small dogs and I was surprised at the sturdy weight of it. The tape slides smoothly and sometimes so smooth I hardly feel it. It’s very strong and works perfectly for my little half MinPin/Shih Tzu baby. I highly recommend this company.

This leash is made well. It is quite durable it is made of a good quality material. It has a good length and is great in giving the pet some space. The lock to shorten the leash is very nice and holds in place. The thickness of the cord is good quality. It is stiff and not too soft. I am not sure about it being hands free, I was able to wrap it around my chair when sitting outside other than that I have always held it.The color of the leash is fine we have a male dog.

1month in and it seems very good. Using for small and medium dog. I can stop or lock the leash as needed. Retracts well. Well see as time goes by. So far it seems to be a good value.

We absolutely LOVE THIS LEASH!!! The length has allowed our dog to go a bit further when on walks and sniff as much as he wants. He is a very intense puller and will often pull me to the ground. With this leash we have found that the more space he has to roam the less he pulls. It also comes with an attachment made of a different material that will withstand biting, which i thought was awesome!!! Our guy loves to chew on his leash and would have torn right through the regular material. Also extremely durable! Retractability is good and rarely gets stuck or stops working. Handle feels good in the hand as well!

While I thought it was good ,This snapped in half while I was Walking my dog and he almost got hit by a car !!!
