Schmeckt zwar nach Rasen aber ich misch es gerne mit einem IsoDrink (Elektrolyte) mit Fruchtgeschmack. Tut meinem Magen/Verdauungstrakt sehr gut! Blähbauch lebe wohl!

Il mix ha un sapore erbaceo intenso, la spirulina presenta un gusto marino e salato che non mi entusiasma per niente perciò aggiungo curcuma, pepe nero e olio extravergine d'oliva: la curcuma bilancia il sapore oltre al fatto che ha molti benefici per il corpo, il pepe migliora l'assorbimento della curcumina e l'olio facilita l'assorbimento dei nutrienti. Consumo questo mix appena sveglia, mescolato con acqua, per una rapida assunzione. Dopo aver integrato questo mix nella mia routine, ho notato un aumento dell'energia. Ho deciso di consumarlo soprattutto per il suo potere detossificante, in particolare grazie alla spirulina e alla chlorella, che aiutano a pulire il fegato eliminando tossine e metalli pesanti. La spirulina è una buona fonte di ferro, mentre la chlorella supporta il sistema immunitario. L'erba d'orzo e l'erba di grano offrono antiossidanti e supporto alla digestione. Questo mix è ricco di proteine, vitamine (A, C, E, K), minerali (ferro, calcio, magnesio) e antiossidanti.
