Came with three pieces; headband with halo, felt wings with velcro, and gown. Gown was beautiful, not too long, flowy arms. Kind of see through and thin, so we put clothes on underneath. Headband broke after it kept slipping off. Wish it had teeth to grab onto hair to keep from falling off. The wings were flimsy, but stuck okay. Daughter loved her costume! Not bad for price paid overall.
