I'm not one to write reviews but I've only been taking this for 2 weeks and I can hands down say that I see a difference. It's amazing! I work 12 hours rotating schedule and would be dragging by the end of my shift. I never felt like I got enough rest. But since I've started taking this shilajit I have energy that I haven't had since before I had my kids!!It's not just the energy, no brain fog either. I feel so much better, I've even had energy to be working out again. And I've been able to tackle projects around the house I've been wanting to do for months. I just reordered so I don't run out. I highly recommend this product.

The taste is a bit earthy,,but for a small container it comes in,,it packs a powerful jolt of energy,,relaxation and calmness,,if one knows what to experience or look for with this natural resin from the Himalayan Mountains of India,,anyway this comes with a little measuring spoon,,the direction say all is needed is a grain of rice sized amount mixed in hot beverages ie coffee,,hot tea or warm to hot water. Oh yea its been 3rd Party laboratory tested for the legitimate reasons because they are plenty of shilajit brands/sellers online who claim to be top notch,,if used correctly it should last about 1.5 months per jar container,,so a buyer may feel inclined to purchase at least 2 containers.

We have been purchasing shilajit at this company for awhile. They were out of the original and had to purchase this one(caramel). It was so runny and tasted horrible! We will never purchase this one again.

I love this product and it has changed my life. I do have a lot of energy and countless other benefits I remember when I was hurt myself by accident usually it hurts for a long time like bumping your foot up against a bad post. Usually it would hurt for days, but the pain goes away almost instantly now.

Very small container, mini shovel sucks, but I believe in it! Use a dropper!

This stuffs amazing. You'll feel the difference in your energy level within three days of being on this stuff. Mental clarity, focus with no brain fog with in one week. I'm going to be a life long purchaser of this product. Did I mention I've noticed that my skin has been glowing also & has significantly improved.
