Falcone Soft Pistachio Amaretti Cookies from Italy 5.9 oz (170g) Italian Amaretti Morbidi - Pistachio Biscotti

I first experienced these cookies when I was in Rome last August and bought a box at a little grocery store near my hotel. My spouse and I both loved them, so I bought a box to bring home with me. Since then I've bought them from Amazon and had some delivered to fiends. They aren't a hard cookie. They're quite soft and moist. The texture is wonderful as they're made from apricot kernel flour, ground almonds and pistachio flour. They definitely taste of pistachio and amaretti, and they're healthy. They're a bit pricey, but I highly recommend them.

When I taste cookies oh my goodness they were so amazing chewing everything you want in a pistachio cookie I recommend them 100%

I was disappointed. I enjoy an Italian cookie crunchy. But this lacked flavor and was soft. Many were already broken and crumbly in the box.
