I started drinking this tea because I was looking for an easy way to ingest turmeric. I took capsules, but they didn't seem to have an effect. This tea is light and calming, and I have enjoyed a cup every evening for three weeks now. My morning aches and pains have decreased dramatically. I'm not completely convinced yet, but hopeful. The jury is still out. But I will continue to enjoy my evening cup. I just wish there were more teabags in a box.Update 6/30/25: I have tried a different brand of this flavor because I could get a package with more tea bags. It was a mistake. I'm going back to these teabags, still wishing for a bigger box.

Great product. Pricing is high, but we get what we pay for these days.

Actually tastes really good

Well, this tea doesn't have a strong flavor. I do like it includes black pepper which enhances the absorbsion of the turmeric. However, there is no list of how much turmeric a tea bag contains. One other brand I use has Organic turmeric rhizome 750 mg on the label.

Was recommended by dietitian. The turmeric, black pepper and ginger are for joint health. Explored several articles that supported this idea.

I'm not a tea person, but someone recommended this for period regulation, and it works. Also, it tastes good, I add sugar!

The tea is good but the tea bag is so flimsy it gets holes and leaks solid product sometimes. That eliminates it from my rotation.

Since I first drank this tea no other turmeric tea compares. I really like the little spice that comes with the pepper.
