Are these easy to refill?

This are really easy to refill all you do is pop off the top n refill and what I love it bout you can control how much oil comes out of the pen by easily squeezing on the pen

can you use any kind of cuticle oil?

You could use any kind however I haven't found any other kind that is as good as Bliss Kiss.

Does it come with a lid?

Yes. You can see it on the far left in the photo. The cuticle pusher is on the end of the lid.

What is the cuticle pusher made of? Is it hard plastic? Or more of a silicon feel?

It’s a harder plastic with smooth, rounded edges (nothing sharp). The very tip of it has a smooth, slightly bumpy texture. It’s not squishy like silicone, but the smooth plastic with rounded edges is a great gentle way to GENTLY push back your proximal nail fold and cuticle when you oil your nails.
