Damaged during shipping!
I wish I could give this a 5 star review because it was a beautiful piece of furniture. Unfortunately, it was damaged so severely during shipping we weren’t able to assemble it. The item was no longer available for replacement so we ended up purchasing a different bed by the same manufacturer.

Nice quality for price
If you struggle with building things without clearly labeled pieces/instructions, this is not the bed for you. Other than struggling to figure out which side was left and right, it was relatively easy to assemble. I had to add an extra support towards the front as the slats support was positioned towards the back. We added plywood and made an additional support up front so that the guests sleeping there would feel more secure. Beautiful piece!
