THE ABSOLUTE BEST!!!! Shapes your waist, and is an absolute beast when it comes to sweating! Love it i started with the large one but switched to medium after a couple of months of wearing it to the gym during stair master or any cardio I would do, dieting also helped slim down but definitely give lots of props to her!!! I really like this waist trainer because it does not have heavy boning in it. The size chart is off. I have been chinching for awhile now so I'm 160lb and I ordered a medium. It wasnt tight enough, I ordered a small, same thing last row. The extra small fits perfectly for me and Im starting on the 2nd row.

I’m 5'3" and 200 lbs, currently on a weight loss journey. Based on the reviews, I ordered an XL since that’s my usual shirt size right now—but I wish I had sized up. While I can get it on (with some effort—it takes about 5 minutes), it doesn’t fit comfortably.The main issue is that it constantly rolls up. If I sit down or move around too much, it doesn’t stay in place. It only really stays put when I’m standing or walking. That’s a sign it’s too small for me.I’m not returning it because it technically fits, and I hope it fits better as I lose weight. But if you're in a similar size range or on the fence, I’d definitely recommend sizing up for a more comfortable fit.

For sizing you have to go up! Im a size 2-4 in pants and I need a medium for the belt.Small is really small and the large is too big. My 3rd try I think I have it!

Great price! Had to return it though. Seemed comfortable. Just runs extremely small! Size up like 2 sizes!

i would say this waist trainer is OKAY. i got the smallest size and it still wasn’t tight enough for me, if anything if was actually pretty big. maybe that’s just how the company makes them but overall it wasn’t bad. since it didn’t fit, it felt pretty weird to wear. the quality was just fine and you can’t really notice it under your clothes!!
