Honey Ohs is a cereal that I used to eat some time ago. It was around when I attended university.They sold them at my local Giant near my uni and i would always grab it.It wasn't until this year I rediscovered them. My local grocery store doesn't sell it, so when I came across these I was hit with a wave of nostalgia. Sweet, crunchy, goodness. Out of all the cereals I've eaten Honey Ohs is the one for me honey!

So, I've always been a fan of this cereal but only get it every once in a while. Lately, I've become more sugar conscious and just looked at the side. These things have more sugar than almost ANY other cereal. Just looked at a cereal ranking by sugar content list that sampled 50 different cereals. These would fall at #5 highest of 50.When I eat these, I eat a pretty big bowl. About 2 servings I would say. A lot would probably do the same I imagine. For perspective, there are more grams of sugar in that 2 serving bowl than a pack of M&M's! 36 Grams of sugar in the Honey Oh's and 31 grams in the M&M's.I won't say I'll never buy them again, but they will have to be even less frequent from here on out.

This is one of my favorite cereals to eat. It goes well with my bananas in the cereal. I will be ordering the cereal again. It is very delicious with milk and drinking the milk in the bowl Taste great.
