Perfect Dorothy dress!
If you’re on the fence about buying this dress, don’t be. It is so cute!! My 7 year old daughter got so many compliments. She wore the dress for two events and she was comfortable. It’s good quality and movie accurate. I love that it came with socks. The basket is a little small so if getting this for Halloween I would suggest a back up candy bucket.

Quality is what I expected for the price. A little long for the size 3 but fits well through the top. Socks and bows came looking great and the lace trim on basket is a nice touch.
