Extra Virgin Olive Oil Aldonza is natural juice of olive, obtained by mechanical grinding in our varieties Picual and Arbequina. The olive is collected at its optimum point of ripening to retain its organoleptic characteristics. After its cold extraction and its rapid filtration, olive oil is stored and preserved without moisture or impurities to keep its qualities intact. It does not contain any type of food additive.
