These are very good lo mein noodles.

There is an art to cooking Chinese noodles so they aren’t so sticky they clump up. These gluten-free noodles don’t take long to cook so I keep the water at a rolling boil the whole time, add a few drops of oil to the water to keep the foam from boiling over, and I rinse them in cold water for a full minute in a colander. The texture of these noodles is perfect and they are just the right size for lo-mein dishes. They arrived quickly after ordering and the quality is excellent.

Very easy to prepare and they taste great. I don’t have to buy takeout from Chinese restaurants anymore. It’s a great value for the money.

They do have good flavor. We really like these noodles but no matter what we tried with them we could not get them to cook without the flat side of numerous noodles gluing themselves to each other. Even if you stir them constantly during boiling and add a little oil to the water.So we have gone back to the round Lo Mein noodles which do not stick together like these do.
