So happy to have found this product again.The stores near me have quit carrying this brand and the hatch is a favorite.

Good jarred green chile when the freezer runs out of last summer's supply. This arrived packed very well, and shipping was quick.

Love 505 and these jars are the perfect size

Costco used to sell 64 oz bottles on sale once a year. But I haven't seen them with it for quite a while. They probably went the way of the polish dogs (RIP). You need the 505 hatch peppers for making chile verde. I mix one of these bottles with fresh roasted tomatillos, onions, garlic, and jalapeno. You can get a nice balance of the sweetness from the tomatillos and the spice of the hatch peppers.

The product, 505 green chile, is great. The seller, not so great. I ordered four jars and one arrived broken. I contacted the seller and was informed that I needed to send them pictures to get a resolution initiated. I have no pictures, the broken jar was in the trash. I recommend the product, buy it somewhere else.

I tried these once, and now I’m addicted. So much better than anything I’ve found in the supermarket!The green chilis come in glass jars so you can use a partial jar one day and save the rest for the next day’s recipe. The order was delivered when expected, and the jars were well wrapped so that they arrived intact. I plan to keep getting these.

Great product for morning, noon and night. Eggs are delicious with some chili heat. Midday snack of homemade salsa is fantastic with the addition of 505. Carnitas with 505 are so dang good.The problem was the second jar. When I took tape of top the lid had popped up and mold was a growing! Sad about that.

I’ve been traveling to NM for nearly 45 years. I’m a full blown green chili addict and love this product. Costco used to carry it but they stopped. Glad I can order 505 from Amazon.
