This was a pretty sweet deal. It's refined, the perfect size for coffee and tea, and tastes pretty sweet, too. Was shocked it was a bit faster than molasses when cooked down a tad, and then I discovered it makes a great simple syrup. I really don't know how to review this other than saying it was pretty sweet? It's sugar...
