Quality is very good, but main issue is its sound , it should be minimal

Symphony Jumbo 75XL in one word waste of money to much sound not worth at all and I like to advice other buyers please go for local not for brand they charge you premium and serve you cheap service so please avoid 🙏🙏

Product is very cool and of v good quality and durable but the size of the product is very small as I think but it is small packet big sound product it cools like an AC

I think it is the top brand(symphony) for air coolers, as lloyd for air conditioners(some people may have different opinions).I was purchased symphony JUMBO 75 XL air cooler through Amazon web site ( E-portal Online) and its a nice purchase because not a single damage in transit. Very thank full to Amazon. I buy it at Rs.9491/- , when I were purchase it, I feel some expensive but after the use of that I feel it is not a more expensive, I buy it because of the trusted brand symphony. I like its cooling, don't expect as air conditioner's like cooling but as cooler’s cooling it is great, it looks nice and noise level also very low and very comfortable to sleep in bed room area .

Good one, but the company sells two models OF JUMBO one big and one small, this is the small one

We received the item today. It had amazon prime tape on the box. But that had to be symphony's. The bottom part had symphony's tape. We opened the box and got the cooler out. It was hand wrapped with film wrap. We noticed the castor wheel slots...all were badly scratched. Bottom half had scratches and dirt. Castor wheels were sealed and new. The water level indicator had visible water residue from the inside If I'm buying a new product, I expect a new product. This product was opened, showcased, scratched and repacked and sold to us as new product. We did not want to return the product as we had waited long enough for it to arrive and the heat is unbearable. The cooling pads looked new. The air throw covers quite a distance. The cooling is good.

Within just a few uses, I noticed that electric current is flowing near the wet honeycomb pad area. This is extremely dangerous, especially for households with children or pets. Any accidental contact while filling water or cleaning could lead to a serious electric shock. I double-checked the earthing and wiring in my home to rule out any external issues, but the problem clearly lies within the cooler’s design or insulation. This is a major electrical hazard and completely unacceptable for any product meant for home use. 🔴 Strongly NOT recommended if you have kids at home. 🔌 A water-based device with current leakage near the wet area is just not safe — no matter the price or cooling performance. Please do not compromise your family's safety. I hope the manufacturer addresses this urgently, but until then, stay away from this model.
