It made a fantastic gift but I do wish that the book itself was on a spiral to make it more kitchen-safe and easier to use while baking! I love how it has all the good essentials and base recipes!

I expected a book called Encylopedia of Desserts to be about desserts, not cookies,cakes and tarts. This is an American book. The weights were all in cups and ounces, not grams. I sent it back. Not what I was after at all - it is a baking book.

My granddaughter bought it and is giving it to her couson. She didnt like how the ingredients ar on ounces, not in cup and spoonful

So many recipes. They all look amazing. They got your basics and also very fancy. Really impressed with the quality of the book and plan on getting the rest in the series. Great job on everyone who made this book 😊
