dead seeds
None germinated, I used proper acidity in the soil as well. Since then I learned that seeds from this tree, well the embryos die in about 2 days after the seeds have dried out. Mighty pricey for dead seeds.

Have A lot of patience and they will sprout.
After soaking the seeds for about 48 hours I placed the seeds in pre' moistened seed starting mix (peat moss and perlite) and buried them about 1/2'' from the surface of the soil . then placed the whole tray of seeds on top of the hot water heater. in about 10 days they started to sprout a tiny root. so far they appear to have about A 96% germination rate.

this product was money thrown in the trash, I'm waiting until today for the seeds to germinate, I tried different processes and nothing.
