Thin, non-overwhelming rice cracker.
A friend recommended these to me. I was used to the thicker rice crackers which were just too much rice for me. These thin crackers are perfect for different spreads like peanut butter, jelly, hummus, tuna salad, guacamole, etc.

Great for lunch or snacks!
I can't always find these in the store so love that I can order a bulk pack here. I love them with hummus, tuna, egg salad or peanut butter... can't go with with these for a snack to lunch!

Love love love these crackers.
There are four individual packs of six crackers each. They are always crisp and crunchy. I've been eating a pack with vegetable soup at lunch for a LONG time. I'm 81, look 60 something and very healthy. There are other choices besides Red Rice and Quinoa. I just happen to like these best.

Go Organic!
Back in the 60s, when health food stores were looked upon, well you know. And I know too, because I used to own one in upstate New York. So there was this company back then, I think Lima was their name, and they made the best short-grain organic rice and along with it the best tastin' organic rice cakes. Through the years I had a hard time keepin' up with organic foods. A bunch of years ago I decided to get back into it. Problem; no more Lima rice products in the US of A. Did a Google and came up with Lundberg organic rice products. Comes out, their short-grain organic rice and rice crackers are the best. Really like these smaller, thinner, crunchier version of those big round ones; although they are good too. But these are easier and less messy to eat, less crumbs and stuff. In the box, they are, I think 4 individually wrapped small packages, just the right amount for one sitting. They don't get soggy and go with an infinite amount of foods as a topping. They taste great, but not overwhelming. Can even eat them alone, just as they are. They different varieties too. I know it's a long story about a small rice cake; but you will find it worth it though. Go Lundberg! Go organic!

Yummy!
These thin rice cakes come quickly and intact.They're tasty and crispy and firm enough to add nut butter and cream cheese. 4 crisps are 1 oz. A bit pricey but meets my desires in a rice cake.

Lundberg Organic Thin Stackers, Cracked Black Pepper are three inch squares that do not crumble easily when applying spreads.Each of the thin stacker cakes contains only 25 calories and 17.5 grams of sodium and .5g of protein. The ingredients are: organic brown rice, organic cracked black pepper and sea salt. This is a certified organic product and made in the USA.The cracked black pepper adds just the right amout of zest, especially if eating one without a topping. It also adds another level of taste even when using a sweet spread like peanut butter or jam. I really enjoy them with a savory hummus topping.Lundberg Organic Thin Stackers, Cracked Black Pepper are easily stored boxes of puffed rice cakes. Each box contains 4 individually wrapped packages of 6 cakes. The individual packages are easy to transport and the separate packaging helps keep the the unopened cakes fresh and crispy.

Very Good!
These are a great change from the round rice cakes. They taste the same. They are thinner and not quite as crunchy, so they make good open-faced sandwiches or rice cakes with a topping. I like that they are packed in 4 packages of 6 rice cakes so they stay fresher... and, then I don't eat too many because I'd have to open another one. I put sliced sweet onions with a slice or turkey for a light lunch on them. I also use them to snack with sunflower butter on them and sometimes add sliced banana for a heavier snack when dinner is running late. I even eat them plain as they come. I had been wanted to try these for a long time and am glad I finally did.

GREAT & NATURAL PREBIOTIC
Highly recommend this for folks who have histamine intolerance or need prebiotics. This brown rice thin cracker serve as my snacks in between meals, it aids in my bowel movements and it is histamine friendly. Many thumbs up as a healthy snack!
