Will a A4 file fit into this bag?

Yes, the change mat folds into A4 in the back compartment. I love this backpack I would recommend it to anybody!

The description says 'easy access to storage cubes' - are these included?

yes two soft storage cubes are included. One of them is insulated for food :)

Is it waterproof and washable?

I bought this for my daughter when she had her baby. She loves the bag, it's lightweight and clips nicely onto the pram handle. I don't think it is waterproof, it's made from polyester, but it will be washable.

I’ve bought this and the strap has broken already, would you replace pls?? Very disappointed as I loved the bag

Contact Amazon support regarding this. They are always very helpful. The plastic class on mine broke and they replaced it within days. Amazing service :)
