Is it even on?
Green pond water - put in respected name brand UV bulb. Water not green any more. Replace bulb with this on after 8 months. Green water stays green even after weeks.

Don't Recommend
Until this year I have always bought the Oase branded Ultra-Violet light (made by Philips, but at half the price, I tried this one. Unfortunately, in this case, you get what you pay for. I installed the bulb in April. Initially, everything was fine, but by June the pond water was not as clear as usual. We did all the tests and the health of the water, along with our fish were all fine, so could only put it down to the bulb. So I bit the bullet and bought and replaced it with the Oase branded bulb. Within 48 hours our pond water was much clearer. So sorry guys, (I am referring to the seller) I am unable to recommend your product. I expect the bulb to be effective for at least 10 to 12 months. Your product worked for barely 4 months!.
