A few weeks ago I had a puncture in my resin vat from an error while printing. I have a Creality ld-006 and this film functions perfectly. The installation is simple as unscrewing the resin tray and placing the film between the two halves of the tray. Little tip, puncture holes in the film where the screws go. Makes it way easier to reassemble. Then re-screw the frame of the tray back together. Simple enough if you have done this before. I will say that you may want to watch an in depth how to video of someone replacing the film before doing it yourself, if this is your first time replacing the film. Especially if you have a different model than me, with a differently designed resin tray. Overall, great print quality and has been more resistant than the original film included with my printer.

This was very easy to replace for my Elegoo Saturn. Make sure you poke holes in the screw holes before you put the screws in. There are several YouTube videos to help if needed.

I used these for my Phrozen Sonic Mini 4k and they work great. They were creating a suction point between the fep and the light screen so I just slid a sliver of paper between and that fixed the problem immediatly. Don't know if it's because of this fep or something else, but had an easy solution.

After reading some of the lower ratings for this product, I was determined to find out for myself if it was truly a bust. Well, the first time I replaced my FEP with this I noticed that it was a lot thicker and some what cloudy. I installed it anyway and of course my 5 hour print failed about half-way through. Trash that FEP and try again, this time I worked really hard to separate what looked like a protective film...and it was. The cloudiness was a lot less. Install, print, failed again about half-way through. I noticed that each failure the FEP was separating into two parts. Then it dawned on me, they sandwiched the FEP between TWO protective layers. Last try... remove both protective films, install, print, success !!! It's a good thing I got all 6 of mine unlike one of the reviewers. Great product, does what it's suppose to. Wish they would have mentioned the protective film thing. Cheers !!

If you watch a short YouTube video you'd be suprised how easy these are to replace. On top of that, the value is great for knowing and reliability. Overall the material and quality is strong and durable, my last film compared to this was much crappier.

So I read the comments before buying this and noticed a lot of the negative ones were for user error. I cleaned my vat super good with some IPA after removing the old FEP sheet. with this one, I took off the protective layers from both sides and layed it over top. Put the cover on and started poking holes over where the corner screws went with a pick I bought from Harbor Freight. after getting the 4 started I put in the rest. I did a cris cross pattern as if I was tighting a head on a car. twice now it went together flawlessly. I would totally recommend these!

I bought my first resin printer, second hand, and the FEP sheet that was on the machine had quite a bit of wear. I had multiple failed prints (my fault as I didn’t know the manufacturers print settings, in my case, my exposure time was too short) and thinking that it was the FEP film, I ordered this as I couldn’t find any specifically for my machine. I can confirm that each sheet (260x200) can be cut in half (130x200) and fitted onto the vat so this 6 pcs set is actually going to be 12 pieces for me. With some help online I looked at the manufacturers site and found the recommended settings so now I’ve been able to get my first successful print and completely happy with this FEP sheet, even better that I can get 2 applications per sheet.

Benutze die Folie für den Anycubic Mono 6ks und bin vollauf zufrieden. Haltet wie die Originale und größe passt auch. (ist halt zum zuschneiden wie alle, aber nicht zu klein) Das einizige ist, man sollte sich zuvor ein Video anschauen wie man tauscht wenn mans noch nie gemacht hat, denn die Anleitung auf der Rückseite ist so lala Mit besten Grüßen euer Geri.

ATTENZIONE ALLE PELLICOLE PROTETTIVE! Un difetto questi fogli FEP lo hanno: hanno due pellicole protettive che vanno rimosse prima d'installarli (come accade praticamente per tutti i FEP di qualità) ma che NON HANNO le due linguette per spellicolare. Questo è solo scomodo, perchè inizialmente diventerete matti cercando di riuscire a separare i tre strati (senza riuscirci, pare uno foglio unico piuttosto opaco, spesso e lattiginoso). Consiglio il metodo "antico" in questi casi: attaccate due pezzi di scotch, uno sopra e uno sotto (naturalmente in due punti vicini ma non corrispondenti, altrimenti anche i due pezzi di scotch s'attaccano l'uno all'altro) e quindi tirate via: i due fogli protettivi a quel punto finalmente s'allontaneranno. Per quanto riguarda il resto si tratta di fogli più spessi dei soliti (originali) da 0.1mm. Questi sono da 0.15mm. (quindici centesimi, 150 micron) e questo è chiaramente avvertibile al tatto. Il problema non si pone più di tanto, dal momento che la trasparenza è comunque assolutamente assicurata, casomai si tratterà di tensionare diversamente il foglio sul frame della vaschetta. Naturalmente dovrete agire serrando maggiormente le viti di tensionamento (sempre tenendo conto di non esagerare). Probabilmente quindi questo FEP è anche più robusto dei soliti da 0.1mm. Per quanto riguarda l'installazione seguite uno dei tanti video. Io ormai ne ho cambiati parecchi, l'operazione è lunghetta ma di certo non difficile. Per ora cinque stelle piene, poi vedremo quanto dura ogni foglio. Il prezzo mi pare corretto e allineato con quello di FEP d'alta qualità: la qualità complessiva si può giudicare solo dalla durata di ogni foglio in termini di stampe. **************************************** RETTIFICO AGGIUNGENDO UNA STELLA VIRTUALE ALLE CINQUE! Ho superato le 40 stampe usando solo alcool per ripulire sempre. Il FEP iniziale è ancora integro e piuttosto trasparente, continuo allegramente a stampare...
