I bought 2 of these. I will say this is where honesty falls in. I bought the 3 for firmness and support. This is a heavy and firm pillow that contours to YOUR BODY FIT via the memory foami. My husband loves a firm bed and “this FIRM 3 pillow.” Call me mama-bear cause I think I prefer soft so, it is not for me. My husband raves that this pillow is just right considering he is most comfortable. Of when I used it, I did notice that if I started to feel too warm, I shifted my position and the shift provided an instant cooler spot. You might want to go into a mattress store and try these pillows out before you make your purchase. I’m not a heavy person, softer like a 2 might have been a better option for me. The older you get, softer might be more forgiving.

The pillow itself if pretty great. It’s definitely softer than I expected. It said medium firmness. But it’s soft. But very comfortable. The only issue is that it’s smelled like perfume right out of the box. It was a little strange. And I can still smell the perfume smell through my pillowcase.

Our whole family has used this brand’s pillows for years, in different sizes, and we always loved them. That’s why we bought this one again less than two years ago. Unfortunately, the quality is not the same. The material bulges and becomes stiff overnight, it feels softer at first, but by morning it’s very firm and causes neck pain. It’s not just me; my wife has the same issue. Very disappointed compared to the older versions.

This a a very good pillow. I already had one and finally decided to buy another one. As a side sleeper, it is the right thickness and firmness such that it supports my head horizontally and keeps that weight off my shoulder better than any other pillow I have found. It is not so thick that it points my head upward and bends my neck. Rather it supports me straight horizontally. Each person has different body dimensions for shoulder width, etc., but for me personally, this pillow hit the sweet spot.

It’s cooling until you put a pillow case on it. You can’t feel the cooling once a pillow case is on which you need to keep the pillow from getting dirty

Okay, this might sound funny, but I never thought I could get addicted to a pillow… until this one. It’s honestly beyond perfect for my sleep. The support is just right, and it keeps me comfortable through the night without getting too warm. What surprised me the most is that the older it gets, the better it feels. It somehow molds perfectly over time and just keeps getting more comfortable. I ended up getting one for my husband too, and now he keeps thanking me for it. The only downside is the price—it’s definitely on the higher side. But once you start using it, you kind of understand why… and you’ll probably end up buying another. The good thing is that it feels very durable and built to last, so I’m okay with the investment.
