I have waited a while before reviewing to ensure it is ok. No instructions enclosed so had to work it out. Just enough screws provided. Mattress was not the same design as in the picture but not a big issue as it's covered with bedding. Mattress is soft and comfortable for me but no good for someone who likes a firm mattress. This is a spare bed so will not be used a lot. It does feel sturdy enough but does wobble a bit when turning over. Delivery was not an issue like some people have experienced. It didn't take as long as originally stated. I was telephoned when delivery was arranged. Fortunately I was at home that day. Arrived as promised.

Taking a star off as a feedback for Tuffnel as the terrible delivery service. Please change them or you will loose customers. When a delivery service uses the driver to handle the delivery alone and expect customers to lend a hand, it's appalling. I feel bad for the delivery drivers.Product is great, good value for the price. All parts came as expected and fits well. Mattress quality is great. The frame doesn't feel very strong but the whole thing costs only £209 so I barely care about the strength.

There wasn’t much to like ..Oh! perhaps the headboard was ok except the packing around it, (like the rest of the bed) was full of staples . I rarely return anything, so for me to do this, it had to be poorly made …and it was! …The trundle was so unsteady I wouldn't allow grandkid to sleep on it. It certainly wasn’t fit for purpose with nails missing their mark in the main bed frame -sharp screws coming through the upholstered sides …and torn lining on the base . So Shoddy!Nuff said ! ….We just want our money back now .

Bed was easy to assemble. Customer service is good if you have issues so I strongly recommend you communicate with the seller if you need to. The second bed is light and pulls out easy enough.

Reasonable price only want to use it once a month so suited me. Too early to say how long it will last but guests said it was comfortable

Sorry to say this was not a good bed. The actual frame is just wood hammered together, with the material under the bed just stapled on. Didn't feel strong at all, which it clearly wasn't as a week after getting it my son sat on the bottom of the bed and it collapsed. Very cheaply made

Ordered the silver bed and I am delighted with it. Quick delivery, well packaged. Looks really lovely in my granddaughters room. Mattresses thicker than I thought they were going to be, it's very comfortable. I have no problem in recommending this bed from this seller.
