Tampered with.
The box was in good shape, the car was in shape, but the plastic holding it in place was ripped and all messed up and the car was out of position upon arrival. After further investigation, the product had been tampered with, but it arrived okay. But you know collectibles, once its tampered with, it loses value. Meh.
