I’m gym/swim and do an aqua class 3 days a week. First day back on treadmill caused 3 blisters on on one foot and 2 on the the other (sides and under big and littlest toes) so that’s 5 plasters in just one use. And the max in one pack is 8. I’ve found that they’ll stay on through the gym and first water activity but then they start to peel away, become slimy and unsightly so I have to change them but only have 3 left. So I had to use normal plasters for gym and only use theses ones in water activity. But doing aqua, coming out and then going back into swim still makes them peel off in half a day. I’ve now ordered another 3 packs (of 8) to get me through maybe 5 or 6 such days. When not at gym or in pool, they stay on longer obvs as just quick shower exposure to water. But they do cover the blister (if small). Larger blisters may not be fully covered or cushioned and where I’ve used 2 to cover larger blisters, still not ideal cos the healing gel part on one is sticking to the first plaster in parts rather than the rest of the blister. Also means if one starts to peel (or you pull it off), it also unpeeled the other. In short I wish they’d do a larger pack with various sizes an shapes! The healing gel works though as I’ve noticed an improvement each day. Hopefully when fully healed and skin hardened I won’t need to buy any more.

Son needed these after returning to training post lockdown & coming up in blisters. protected his blisters, so he was able to continue to train. arrived quickly, good value, from a trusted brand. Easy to use, good adhesion. My son has sensitive skin & was able to use these without issue.

Bought these for a blister that had popped whilst my shoes were still rubbing it and was raw and sore. Applied on Thursday evening and removed Sunday - it was looking so much better, applied another (although the second and third didn’t stick as well) and by Monday I could wear a full shoe again. These definitely sped up the heeling process and from experience I know they don’t usually heel this quickly with plasters. 100% recommend

Compeed plasters are amazing. They speed up the healing process no end. However, I thought I was buying small round plasters here (like the shape of their cold sore ones) as I wanted them to put on a piercing which had gone wrong, but these are in face the usual shape plasters (with side tapes, if you know what I mean) so I had to cut them up to suit. It wasn’t clear from the photo what shape they are and I would suggest that the seller puts a diagram on the product listing if they want to get 5*s. I’ll attach a photo for future reference ...
