Admired these lights on a neighbours house for a few weeks after he had them fitted. He advised exactly where they were from and told me i wouldn't be disappointed. Ordered them the same day and they arrived very promptly. I opted for the matt black lamps as I wanted to replace to battered old antique lantern style ones at the front of my house. I was very impressed with the quality of them when I took them out to check them upon first opening. All the previous reviewers are spot on in their assessment.I fitted them with a mini switch photocell dusk til dawn sensor to have them come on automatically when it's dark and used warm led bulbs (3W) in them.I was amazed on two fronts that night when it went dark, firstly that they actually lit up despite my wiring, and secondly how fantastic they looked. You will not be disappointed with these lights and the cracking value for money they are at this price.

These lights were the perfect replacement for my previous garage lights. The old ones corroded due to the sea air so I opted for these to try and eliminate that and to match the garage door. So far so good. Very happy with build and ease of installation.

Bought these for rear of property really happy with the quality of these lights I feel they’re value for money - I’ll be ordering these again for my next project. I’ve not given 5 stars for durability as it’s untested but they feel robust and of good quality - I’ve also not given 5 stars for easy to install as I’ve not installed them yet - but from looking at the product it should be easy. Happy with these and they look great!

These lights do look really nice, but are a nightmare to fit cable from anything other than behind.If like me you needed to run the cable surface mounted, then you have to drill through the bottom of the metal casing and then chamfer the metal casing to stop any rubbing on the wire.The item quality is really good, apart from the horrible plastic back mounting plate.When screwing the back plate onto the wall, be careful it doesn't warp out of shape when you tighten the screws up.The lights once up do really look nice, and do look durable.I fitted one into brick, and the other into render. The side with render didn't warp as much as i initially thought it would, but still with it being plastic it did warp slightly.Rather than just back entry, I do think they should have some form of adapter that allows for bottom entry rather than having to drill through the metal casing.All in all I am impressed with these lights for the price.
