I badly injured my leg around 18 months ago & was left with bruising I have been told may never disappear. I have been using this ointment for a few weeks now & the bruising has definitely improved. I've also noticed that it's been very effective on a scar on the injured area which is much paler in colour. More expensive than other tubes of arnica ointment I have tried with varying degrees of success, but clearly this is of superior quality & a little goes a long way. Highly recommended.

Works in instant, when ever you hurt yourself...

good, but not for aching joints
i was looking for something similar to deep heat, to relive aches and pains in my knees after being on my feet for a long time. deep heat only reduced the pain for a while.... which is good, but i was looking for something more "long term" and more "medical". sadly this product is not for me. and does little to relive aching joints. but i have used it previously for bumps, sprains, bruises etc and it is good for that

Best arnica cream on the market
Best brand of arnica cream. It really helps with bumps and bruises when little ones are starting to run (and fall) around exploring the world

Disappointing
This is little more than a sample tube especially as the instructions suggest applications up to four times a day. OK the cream does seem to to be effective but I've found other brands albeit at a higher price a better buy.
