Perfect fit
I was a bit worried as it wouldn't be the first time I buy a new door handle only to realize it's not compatible with previous one and requires lots of DIYing around, I checked the measurements 2-3 times before I bought this time and thankfully it was perfect. I love the looks, feels good and sturdy enough for an internal bathroom door and am very happy with it so far (2 weeks now).

Poor product but great customer service
Spring mechanism inside the handle broke. Yes the handle had been in use for just over a year but I would expect a door handle to be more resilient. Update A replacement handle was sent and arrived very quickly so can’t fault the company for customer service.

Opens my back door in style!
We love these. So much nicer than my previous door handles, comfortable to touch, robust and well made. I was concerned the black coating may chip... but after months of daily uses and locking etc, they haven't! Thank you!!

Look great, bought multiple of each for the house, but was unable to get the bathroom ones to lock. almost seems like it’s missing a mechanism as the lock turns but does not do anything…
