2024 Upgrade Jerry Can Mount Holder: Lockable Jerry Gas Can Holder Rack, 5 Gallon (20 Liter), Reinforced Welding

This container holder is really, really nice. You will need to assemble it, but that is not a problem (even though no instructions are provided, just look at the product page phots for correct orientation of the parts). Takes about 10 minutes (going slowly).Every bit as nice as the Smittybilt gas can holders I have (in fact, better in every respect, TBH). Fits a 20l jerrycan perfectly.And at roughly $40 it's a good buy. In fact, I've already bought four!My only complaint is that the bolts should come with thread locker (i.e., Loc-Tite) already applied. Otherwise, the holders could vibrate loose/apart). So I added my own blue.4.9 stars (due to the lack of thread locker) rounded up to...5 starsP.S. The only difference between the 5-gallon Scepter water jug version and this jerrycan holder is the top strap.

Good but if you don't mount it somewhere where the bottom of the carrier sits on a surface it will not hold its shape. It will lean away from the mounted area.

Bought to mount in the back of my side by side. It fit perfect and come in handy for long rides if you need extra fuel

This carrier seems like it's of decent quality, and fairly-well designed, for the money...

Not all of the pieces aligned well and I really had to use force/compression to hold the pieces in place in order to screw each piece together. Some of the pieces don’t sit flush now that it’s all assembled. Disappointing construction, shouldve been much easier to put together.

It works great for my 5gal military fuel tank.

The overall design for something like this is pretty simple. Execution of the bottom of this is abysmal. The metal straps over the bolt holes relegate you to wrenches and trying to make your own template to try to mark holes in a most likely not flat location if you want this in a truck bed. It would be infinitely better if the bolt holes were open to easily locate and drill holes with this BS Jerry can mount in place. The soft metal also lends itself to easily bending if you’re leaning over trying to get this thing tight to the bedside which will make it more difficult to get the bolts in. Ultimately I ripped this pos out of my bed and decided to make my own. What a waste of money.
