Has anyone purchased this recently and the iron came with the right plug?

Just had one delivered this morning and it has an EU plug. Looking for an exchange or a refund...but will probably have to arrange for a refund :-(

How long is the lead?

Hi there, thanks for asking. The cord length is 6 ft. (1.8 m). If you have any further questions, feel free to send us a message on Facebook or Twitter. Kind regards, Ed.

How heavy is the iron ?

Haven't weighed it but would think about 500 grs. Slides easily. I am very pleased with it and my daughter prefers using it to her own steam iron. So do I.

How long is warranty?

The warranty is two years from the date of purchase.
