Customer service, colors true to listing.
Love the colors, I also bought post it notes, pens and highlighters int eh same color scheme.Came with a cute note and a sticker. Very good customer service and appreciation for buyer. Love ALL Mr pens products so far!These folders are also NOT paper, they are a durable plastic will last a while!

Love the color, stickers don't like to stay stuck
The material is thick and sturdy plastic. The size of regular folders. Unfortunately, the stickers that come with the folders don't like to stay adhered to the plastic because the plastic is so smooth. I didn't need the stickers, so I wrote in permanent marker and there is no smudging of the marker.
