Lovely candle holder.
I was a bit dubious about ordering this item after reading the reviews which mentioned a few customers received theirs broken. Mine came well packaged, no cracks, it looks lovely with a battery operated candle in it. Very pleased with this.

The packaging is not sufficient.
The item is lovely however I have had two now and have sent them back as both times the glass is broken. The item is fragile and needs to be packed with more protection. It was bought for a gift and have chosen something else now.

Lovely but fragile in transit
This makes a really lovely gift but if you are ordering, make sure you leave plenty of time in case you need to return it because it arrives broken. I have bought 3 of these. The first one arrived and was absolutely fine, the second one had a cracked glass cylinder and had to be returned and replaced (the replacement was fine). With the third one, I didn’t leave enough time before Christmas to return it as it arrived with a chunk missing from rim of the wooden base. I had to give it as a gift and explain to the recipient, which I didn’t like having to do.
