This photo is of the first gauge I purchased. Thought it was a fluke, and got a replacement through Amazon. Second gauge fogged up just as badly, looks just like this photo. Looking through the reviews this is a common occurrence. Why would you manufacture a fuel gauge that won't work in the environment it's designed for?

Arrived on time fit perfect and with a little lubricant like a small amount of oil or WD made it vary easy to install

Leaks around seal and it leaks inside the site glass and it yellows and then you can’t see anything, the site glass (plastic) seal cannot seal against gas and eventually just falls off , it is junk , don’t buy you’ll waste your money at $50

Original:Super easy to replace and install and it works just like it should. My old one was dry rotted and so opaque and I couldn't read the gas level. This one is great.Edit: aug 26 2023I installed this a.couple months ago. Refer to above. As of this date it will not read and the float is completely saturated with fuel. Additionally, the lens is starting fog up. I store my atv inside. I use pure gas, not ethanol. Find another guage. Ill give it 2 stars, due to ease of install

product works great, fits well. great price compare to OEM plastic lens will fog up.I purchased a 43mm domed pocket watch jewel off ebay for $5 remove old, install new. fits perfect.epoxy it in. better than new. thank me later.

install was easy and fit great. but waste of money because after 2days it stopped reading fuel. tank was full but gauge said empty. Even took it back out and slowly put it in a bucket of fuel to see what issue was the float worked but still showed empty. unfortunately I have to keep it because I threw old one away. taking it out would leave a gapping whole for water to fill my gas tank. DO NOT WASTE MONEY.

This gas gauge was received January 12th, 2024 and the Artic Cat 400 has been used very little as the trails are still closed. Today the glass came out of it somewhere on a short trip. I had didn't expect it to break in less than two months (1 day less than two months from when it was delivered but wasn't installed till a few days after it was received).I was credited for the defective gauge by the seller, and I ordered another from him. It has arrived and was installed today. Hopefully it will last longer, but I do feel as if the seller is trying to look after us.
