Will this work on a chrome-book?

I don't see why not, but surely this is about the printer's ability, not the computer?

What template have people been using?

The template is downloadable from label planet

What software are people using to get there image to fit into the round circle and copy and paste into all 35 rings ? I can’t seem to find how to ?

Bit long winded but.... Did a table 5x7, stretched to fit A4 sheet, allowing for label margins. Then formatted columns and rows to 'space equally'. Used 'insert shape' 'circle'. Scaled to fit one square. Added text etc. In circle. Copy paste to each square! Couldn't find online template anywhere.

The template on label planet doesn't line up with the stickers and I have wasted pages. Please can you tell me exactly which template actually works?

I always practice on plain paper first, but it is a long time since I printed any but think I had to adjust the side and top margins to line it up, make sure you save it when you get it right.
