Insulated Soft-Grip Screwdriver Set – 11 Piece, Ergonomic Handles for Electrical Safety (918535)

These are very good quality screwdrivers. I have recently moved house and needed a good set of screwdrivers for all the work that needs doing especially lots of electricals. The screwdrivers coke in a nice strong carry case which will keep them all together in one place. The heads are nice and strong and the grips are good. Overall a decent set of screwdrivers for the price.

Previously had Silverline plastering products & think their lifetime guarantee is a real selling point (although, admittedly, yet to test it out!). These are fully insulated so a bonus if in the electrical trade- even more so if you are an accident prone DIYer! The blow moulded case is pants- already showing damage on arrival- but this is typical of these type so not really unexpected. Good selection of drivers as per listing & seem good quality (time will tell on this). For the price paid, would recommend!

This is a lovely set of screwdrivers with soft and comfortable handles and what seem so far to be strong heads. There is a good variety. My only criticism is that it is not easy to tell whether a particular screwdriver is flathead or phillips without taking it out ( and, if you eyesight is slightly deteriorating and you're as forgetful as I am about wearing your glasses, you actually have to feel the tip to assess its shape as the metal is so dark that it isn't easy to see). They are organised randomly and the handles are all the same as far as I can tell. I intend to rectify this by putting a bit of duct tape around one type of screwdriver so I can recognise them without taking them out and checking. The screwdrivers sit snugly into their carrying box and don't fall out easily if you open the box the wrong way up (voice of experience). A good buy, all in all, at a reasonable price.

These screwdrivers are a good buy for the price and the case they come in is a good strong case,It has been said that they are made from soft mild steel of course they are not soft mild steel,they are chrome vanadium steel hardened and tempered,(it says so in the description and on the box they come in)the shade on two of them was slightly paler then the others but I don't care they will get dirty and scratched in use,If I want to hang something on my living room wall then I would want a good finish on them but I am not going to hang them on the wall,they are tools and complaining about the colour is just knit picking.They are not rated as to there insulation value but it is obvious they are fine for domestic use,most makes of electricians screwdrivers are rated at 1000volts but only a fool would work on a 1000volt circuit with such tools,special Tools and rubber gauntlets are required for working on such high voltages.I give these screwdrivers 5 stars.If you are wanting some insulated screwdrivers buy these they are a bargain for the money and forget about the slight colour difference.

Ideal fir all my wee electrical jobs, done a couple of them already ,I really hate looking fir a screwdriver of various sizes This being in a casrme make life much easier ,good range of sizes perfectly coloured for electric screw driver ,well happy with my purchase .

Cheap screwdriver set that is what you expect Cheap and in my opinion not worth the money Better to buy from a local diy store and check the quality first A quality screwdriver will last you a lifetime I fully expect these to snap and not go the distance

De isolatie tot 1000V is betrouwbaar en voldoet aan de VDE-normen, wat essentieel is bij werken aan netgevoede apparaten. De handvatten bieden goede grip, zelfs bij langdurig gebruik, en de puntafwerking is netjes en duurzaam. De set bevat een praktische selectie van platkop- en kruiskopformaten, ideaal voor uiteenlopende klussen. ich habe trotz einiger Bedenken die hier geäussert werden die Schraibendreher gekauft. Als "Grundausstattung" in den Werkzeugkisten von "echten" Elektrikern... .was soll ich sagen: Ich finde nichts zu bemängeln. Die Schraubendreher machen einen ordentlichen Eindruck, die PVC Kiste könnte man weglassen, denn die braucht man eigentlich nicht. Ich finde nichts scharfkantiges und auch extrem feste Schrauben konnten gut gelöst und wieder angezogen werden ohne das was kaputt gegangen ist. Die kleinen Schraubendreher passten auch gut in kleine Schraubenöffnungen und ohne Splittern der Spitze (was ich bei vielen Markenprodukten schon hatte) konnte die Schraube fest angezogen werden. Ich halte die Schraubendreher für gut und sehr geeignet - auch im täglichen Geschäftsalltag. Solange wie die Schraubendreher halten, halten sie und wenn die "auf sind" - dann gibt es neue. Wichtig ist bei uns: Isoliert und Griffigkeit - sowie auch einen optisch guten Eindruck (Kundendienst/Service) und das ist hier alles erfüllt. Daher: 5 Sterne ohne wenn und Aber... - Das nun eine Horde selbsternannter Experten auf mich einschlägt weiss ich... aber ich habe hier meinen Eindruck und meinen Zweck beschrieben, genau genommen den unseres Unternehmens, für den Preis kann man bei den Schraubendrehern wirklich nichts falsch machen, wer andere Marken besser findet... das ist jedem selbst überlassen, aber ich kann nicht 100 Euro Teile mit 14 Euro Teilen vergleichen -
